Megali Ammos Bay

The villa overlooks Megali Ammos Bay and is about a five minute walk to the beach in one direction, and Mykonos Town in the other, From the villa and the patio there are unsurpassed views of the sunsets and the famous windmills.

The property faces the beach and guests can enjoy breakfast outside underneath a pergola, shaded by pink bougainvillea, which overlooks their private infinity pool and patio area.

The accommodation comprises an open plan living and dining room, a kitchenette and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms: one is in the main house, the second has an independent entrance.

Because it’s located just a short walk down the road from Mykonos Town, this was one of the first beaches to be developed for tourism on the island. Today, this remains a good spot for some time in the sun, especially for those staying in properties nearby. Surprisingly, it’s almost never crowded, especially when the north winds are blowing.

There are sunbeds for rent, facing a view of the island’s famous windmills. On windy days with stronger waves, it’s a good spot for windsurfing.
