An impressive property situated at a very convenient location, on the southwest of Mykonos Island, in the area of Aleomandra. The most appealing feature of this location is the quiet and exclusivity, in combination with the close proximity to the cosmopolitan hotspots of the island, as it is within a ten-minute driving distance from the cosmopolitan Mykonos Town and about a five minute drive to the the organized beaches of Saint John and Ornos. There are steps from the terrace to a small private beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.

There are several protected terraces, with spacious sitting an dining areas, and an outdoor bar with high quality speakers and DJ equipment.

Ground floor. Large living room, with dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. Three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.

First floor. Two comfortable bedrooms each with its own en-suite bathroom.

Guest house. Chic bedroom and en-suite bathroom with independent access, in the villa grounds.
